Onidake Observatory 鬼岳天文台

Enjoy the beautiful star-filled sky of Fukue Island

This observatory was opened with the desire to show the wonders of space to visitors to the Goto Islands. Using the 60 cm-caliber Newtonian telescope, you can see the many stars shining in the night sky in each season. The exceptional beauty of the Milky Way, resembling a river of many stars, is visible even with the naked eye.
